Delivery Policy

Orders to the UK

Our charges for Postage and Packaging are based upon the approximate weight of your order, so you will not have to pay more than you need to.

We use a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes and DPD Local as our delivery partners to get the best rates for you. 

Orders over £50.00, being sent to a UK address, qualify for free delivery, conditions apply.

Orders to European Countries

Shipping Service
All European orders will be sent Royal Mail Tracked and Signed small parcel. We do not currently ship orders greater than 2kg internationally.

Delivery times
We do not make any guarantee of delivery dates. We generally ship any order received before 1pm Mon-Fri same day. Customers can expect delivery between 3-5 working days, as standard. Please allow additional delivery timescales during peak periods and exceptional circumstances.

Additional information about delivery
Shipping to an alternate address other than the account address is not allowed. This includes work addresses, PO boxes, or an address in another country. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the above criteria is not met.

 

Returns/Refunds
Please contact us if you wish to return your order for any reason. Return postage is payable by the customer. Please note, if you return your item, the outgoing international postage costs WILL NOT be refunded and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Will I be charged customs fees?
The customer will be responsible for ensuring that all products purchased comply with state and federal government import regulations. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges. We do not mark merchandise below value on any customs declaration as international government regulations prohibit such behaviour.
